A Focused Leasehold Holding Structure

Koryacht Limited is a private holding company established to hold and administer a single leasehold property asset.

The Company holds the property under a long-term head lease granted by the developer or landlord. It grants a corresponding sub-lease to the occupying tenant and receives rental income under that arrangement.

The Company does not own the freehold interest in the property. Its activities are limited to holding the leasehold interest and administering the related lease arrangements.

Administering a Single Property Asset

1. Leasehold Interest

The Company’s principal asset is its leasehold interest in a single property. This interest is held under a long-term head lease. The Company does not acquire, develop or trade in property.

2. Sub-Lease Arrangements

The Company grants a sub-lease of the property to the occupying tenant. Its role includes administering the arrangements arising under the head lease and the sub-lease, including the receipt of rental income and the management of obligations directly connected with those arrangements.

3. Limited Corporate Activities

The Company’s activities are confined to the holding and administration of this single property asset. It does not operate a diversified investment portfolio, make strategic investments in businesses, provide investment or advisory services, or carry on a trading, regulated or client-facing business.
