Koryacht Limited is a Cyprus-registered private holding company whose sole activity is the holding and administration of a single leasehold property interest.
ABOUT US
Koryacht Limited holds the property under a long-term head lease granted by the developer or landlord. It grants a corresponding sub-lease to the occupying tenant and receives rental income under that arrangement.
The Company does not own the freehold interest in the property. It is not a property developer, estate agent, investment manager, lender, professional adviser or provider of services to the public. The Company does not carry on any trading, regulated or client-facing operations.
OUR PURPOSE
The Company’s purpose is to hold and administer its single leasehold property interest and the related tenancy arrangements.
Its activities are limited to administering the head lease and sub-lease arrangements directly connected with that property.
